Twitter detailed insights

All of us at some point in time, have used Twitter.

Or at least, created an account on it, right?

Now that Elon Musk is about to acquire the platform, all eyes are on what’s up next.

Twitter is more of an instant social media that is not curated but used as something more personal than what we consider Instagram to be.

The algorithm and structure of the microblogging site give one minimal effort to put up their thoughts via tweets. And, many people have multiple tweets in a day so it might not be easy for you to track how many tweets they actually have on their feed.

So, here we bring to you the ways in which you can check the number of tweets one has on the platform. If you are expecting a very elaborate procedure, then you are wrong!

The process is simple and would take you just a few seconds.

Checking the Number of Your Tweets

The first and easiest way to check your own number of tweets is by going to your profile on your Twitter mobile phone app.

When you scroll through your timeline the title bar of your phone displays the number of tweets you have posted.

However, if you would like to see more of your data and a detailed version of it you can log in to analytics.twitter.com.

After logging in you will be shown your conversion rates, the number of profile visits, and more in detail.

Checking the Number of Someone Else’s Profile

Checking someone else’s number of tweets is also similar to how we check our own tweets.

Go to the person’s timeline whose tweet count you wish to know. While you scroll up to view their tweets, the number of tweets by the account will be displayed in the title bar itself.

The tab will show you a total count of tweets they have made up until that time.

Count Tweets

However, it is to be kept in mind that these tweets also include all the tweet replies, retweets, and quote tweets that might not be reflected on the ‘Tweets’ tab of the profile.

Even when the original tweet of the person gets deleted, your reply remains the same given Twitter treats replies also as original tweets.

Also, all tweets that form part of a thread also are counted as individual tweets. These might at times lead to confusion.

There might be possible errors that when someone deletes their tweets, the total number of tweets is still reflected in the tab at the top.

So, these are some of the ways in which you can find out the total number of tweets of the person directly from the app. You can go check out your tweet count right away!
